Best Food and Wine Pairings
Round Pond is both a winery and a producer of olive oils, balsamic vinegar, and syrups, making it one of the best places to visit if you are interested in a food and wine pairing. Because of their innate understanding of both wine and food production, Round Pond’s pairings are a seamless sensory treat. The wine and food pairings vary from smaller "bite" tastings to the Il Pranzo lunch and Sunday brunch, both of which couple wines with full meals.
From the moment you drive through Round Pond’s stunning palm tree-lined driveway you are enveloped in a relaxed, California estate aesthetic – the perfect setting for the winery’s food and wine presentations. From the smallest bite to a full brunch, each taste of fresh farm-to-table food shines when paired with the estate’s delicious library of wines. Be sure to make time to visit the Round Pond Olive Mill across the street from the estate to learn how they produce their oils, vinegars, and syrups.
From the moment you are welcomed to the B Cellars hospitality house, you will understand that this winery takes food very seriously. In the Hospitality House you are greeted by an open kitchen where chefs are busy creating B Cellars's famous "B Bites," prepared using ingredients from their on-site gardens. Sit out on the patio and enjoy a lovely food and wine pairing experience as you gaze over the vineyards and gardens.
