With a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, the Inn on Randolph can offer guests a unique experience for private gatherings, from a romantic dinner for two, to an exquisite wedding ceremony for up to twenty.

The Club Lounge, Spa Lounge and Dining Salon (located in the Historic Residence), are distinctive spaces appropriate for a variety of events. Each of them has an adjoining outdoor terrace ideal for complimentary uses, including fresh air dining and meeting breakout sessions.

Meetings

Offering a non-traditional venue, creativity and exceptional hospitality, the Inn on Randolph is a great place to host your next seminar, small meeting or executive retreat. With flexible seating configurations, a casually comfortable environment and access to both indoor and outdoor spaces, your meetings will be unique, relaxed and productive. Not to be overlooked is our superb location – walking distance to downtown and minutes away from all that Napa Valley has to offer.

There are two stand-alone buildings available for meetings – the Spa Lounge and the Club Lounge. Each has a restroom, flat panel television with DVD player, complimentary WiFi and outdoor terrace. Lounges may be reserved individually or combined for separate meeting and breakout session locations.

Inside the Historic Residence is a third meeting venue – the Game Room and Salon with Sunroom leading to the Sun Deck and Garden Terrace. Wireless high speed internet access is available in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Our basic meeting package includes use of the building and outdoor terrace, furniture set up to the configuration of your choice, access to water, coffee and tea and note pads/pens for each attendee.

Additional services can be arranged, including:

• Morning and afternoon break service
• Catered Lunch (selection of meal types and menus)

The Wedding
This is your special day. Whether it’s an elopement, wedding or vow renewal, you have envisioned it in your mind many times. What does it look like?

When it comes to weddings, attention to detail makes all the difference. The one half acre property offers a variety of indoor and outdoor settings that are ideal for intimate ceremonies. Whether your vision is Wine Country casual or formal and elegant, the inn makes a beautiful backdrop.

With Napa Valley’s year round temperate climate, this is a wonderful place to host an outdoor wedding. Our Garden Terrace has a variety of foliage and blooms around the periphery, giving the area a secluded feel. A fountain nestled in the garden provides soothing water sounds, further setting a tranquil and intimate atmosphere. The covered gazebo sits slightly above the terrace and is a lovely place for the bride and groom to take their vows. The expansive deck allows space for seated guests during the ceremony and a mingling area for the reception to follow.

When considering if this is the best venue for your ceremony, please keep in mind that we are located in the residential historic district of downtown Napa. Out of consideration for inn guests and neighbors, we focus on small, serene ceremonies that do not include amplified music or dancing. With minor exception, and depending on the time of day, date and season, ceremonies are limited to guests of the inn. To ensure that this is the glorious day you deserve, we limit the total number of wedding party members and guests to no more than 20.

The Honeymoon
The honeymoon is intended to be a celebration of your love and the official beginning of your new life together, but it’s also a time to catch your breath and rejuvenate.

All of our accommodations provide a comfortable and relaxed setting, and most include fireplaces, two person spa tubs and cozy indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Adding to the already romantic ambiance are optional services intended to enhance any special occasion, including private dinners, on site spa pleasures, special indulgences such as customized gift baskets, and romantic enhancements like rose petals, candles, and pairings of wine and chocolate.

Private Dining

Until now, dining options while on vacation have been limited to snacks in your room or a public restaurant. Even with the many outstanding restaurants in the Napa Valley, there are times when you crave a more private, casual dining experience. With our new culinary offerings, you can have the best of both worlds – privacy and exceptional food.

Whether a romantic dinner for two or a relaxed meal with traveling companions, we are pleased to offer a tantalizing array of Napa Valley selections for our guests.

Inspired menus are prepared with the freshest regional and seasonally available ingredients and served in a private dining room. Selections range from lighter, small plate menus (artisan cheeses, hot/cold appetizers) to multi-course, sit down dinners or buffets. Optional wine pairing features some of Napa Valley’s finest vintners.
