CHECK-IN: The hotel offers self-check-in any time after 3:00pm. Early check-in requests can be accommodated subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Check-in instructions are provided in your confirmation email.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00am. As bookings are prepaid, there is no formal check-out process.

Yes. Staff are onsite daily between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Due to the layout of the property, staff may not always be immediately visible.

Guests may check in with staff during these hours or arrive anytime after 3:00 PM using the access code provided prior to arrival.

The inn has a private parking lot on property. The entrance to the private parking lot is on Laurel Street. There is also plenty parking available both on Laurel Street and Randolph Street around the property. Complimentary parking is available on a first come basis. ADA-defined van accessible parking is available. Inn on Randolph is not responsible for any theft or damage.

Yes. We offer a light breakfast experience for our guests.

On weekends, enjoy local continental breakfast items in the dining room. On weekdays, a selection of complimentary breakfast items is available in the dining room for guests to enjoy at their convenience.

Coffee and tea are always available in your room. Complimentary filtered water, bottled water, and a small selection of light snacks are also available throughout your stay.

The property is suitable for adults ages 18 and over. We have a no-pets policy on property, service dogs are permitted with the proper documentation.

Payment is required at the time of the reservation made. (Cancellations effect our boutique hotel significantly due to limited rooms). Standard Bookings: 15 days prior to arrival for refund. Group Bookings/Property Buyouts: 60 days prior to arrival for refund

No credits or refunds on early departures. Hotel will retain 3% of total booking for third party credit card processing fee on cancelations. Reservations are not transferable to any other person(s). In the case of any catastrophic event, locally or nationally (fire, earthquake, pandemic) and a State of Emergency has been declared, all cancellations within our cancellation policy will be given a credit for a future stay for the amount of the deposit, or for the amount charged (Direct, Booking.com, Expedia, HotelTonight, etc.). No cash refunds. Payment Processing Fees are non-refundable. If you need to shift your reservation dates, please contact the hotel directly to avoid additional payment processing fees.

Once you have done the above steps, we will coordinate with Buffalo Wine Shipping to arrange the pickup. Please leave the wines in your cottage or room upon your check out.

We will enter your cottage or room after checking out, to move the wines to our office to await Buffalo Wine Shipping pick up.

Inn on Randolph will charge USD 40/per shipment as a handling fee. It will be added to your final bill. All other costs related to the wine shipping will be settled directly between you and Buffalo Wine Shipping as indicated in the Wine Shipping Form.
