Shower/ Spa Tub – Instructions

Turn knob inside tub to close drain. Important!!! Make sure the water is at least two inches above the highest jet. If you are using any products that bubble, please use a minimal amount (1/2 teaspoon).

The spa tubs have 3 settings, high, medium, low. Select your setting using the push button switch – first click is high, second click is medium, third click is low, and fourth click is off. Once you select a setting the tub will automatically shut itself off after 20 minutes.

About 20 minutes after the tub is drained it will turn itself on again for about 5 minutes to clean the water out of the system – do not be alarmed and do not shut it off.

As a courtesy to your neighbors, we request that you do not use the jets between 10:00pm - 8:00am.
